Patent, Patterns and Pleats

I ordered this dress from Mango during their half yearly sale for $30! Such a steal- perfect for Fall/Winter work meetings. 

It's getting a little chilly so added thick black tights. Classic black patent pumps were a must. even though I've had a rule the past 3 years never to wear heels without straps. They complimented the high-neckline and classic silhouette splendidly. Added my own belt because it definitely needed some structure, at least for work. Seemed a little naked and I am not huge on accessories but this black fedora hat I picked up years ago at a little boutique in Charlottesville, VA  always seems to add that extra oomph when needed.
